You will need:
First, you need to cut the bottle in half (you need to do this so that you can take your money out when it´s full!).
Next you join the parts again and stick them together with plenty of sellotape.
Use a scissors or cutter to cut out a hole large enough for the money to pass through.
After this, you paint the entire bottle with the pink paint. Wait for the paint to dry completely.
Now, you paste the 4 bottle caps on the lower part of the bottle - these are the pigs legs.
Draw the wings and the tail on the foam and cut them out. Paste them to the sides of the bottle with glue. Stick the tail at the back of the bottle with the liquid glue.
Finally, use the other colour paints to paint the eyes and the cheeks on the pigs face. Once the paint has dried, outline and detail the eyes with the black marker. Draw a line around the slot that you cut out to pass the money through.
Your pig is complete - happy saving!
- A plastic bottle with the bottle cap in place
- 4 bottle caps
- Paints - Pink, white and red or brown.
- A black marker to outline and put detail on the eyes and the money slot
