Best to use Pan Payés from the day before
Filling:
1 wedge of Parmesan cheese
250/300 Emmental cheese
½ onion
250/300 Philadelphia cheese
400 gr mayonnaise
Chop and mix all the filling ingredients well.
Cut the top off the bread, remove the excess bread and fill with the chopped and mixed ingredients.
Bake for 2 hours at 170 degrees.
Allow to cool slightly. Slice. Enjoy!
