Ingredients:
40g Coconut
250ml Condensed milk
250ml Milk
2 Eggs
Half a bottle of Caramel liquid
Method:
First, Preheat the oven to 180º
Now, put the condensed milk and eggs in a bowl and mix them together. Add the milk and coconut to the mixture.
Then, pour the caramel liquid into an oven proof flan dish and put it in the preheated oven to melt it (approximately 3 minutes). When it has melted pour the mixture (cocoa, condensed milk, milk and eggs mixture) into the flan dish and place it back in the oven and leave it there for 40 minutes.
Next, remove the flan from the oven and allow it to cool. Once it has cooled place it in the fridge over night.
