- 1 full uncooked chicken
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of white pepper
- 2 stock cubes
Preheat the oven to 180º.
Massage the oil onto the chicken.
Add the salt, white pepper and black pepper and rub into the oil.
Break up the stock cubes and rub them into both sides of the chicken.
Cover and cook the chicken in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove the chicken from the oven and pour a generous amount of cognac over the chicken. Place the chicken back in the oven and cook for a another hour.
