Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk or cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked ham chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Preheat oven to 190º
- Unroll pie crust and press into a large pie plate
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ham, cheese, salt and pepper
- Place the mixture in the pie base and bake for 35-40 minutes until the centre is complete cooked.
- Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
