Ingredients:
- 2 packets of gelatin
- 400 g. of liquid cream
- 300 g. Philadelphia cheese
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
Instructions:
-Make the gelatin but only use half the water amount suggested on the packet
-Wait for it to cool
-Mix with all the other ingredients
-Put the gelatin in some moulds
-Cool in the fridge for about 24 hours
-Carefully remove from the moulds and serve
-And, if you like, you can decorate with fruits and chocolate
