- Lay out the dough flat. Place the cheese and ham in the centre of the dough.
- Make small diagonal slices in the dough on either side of the ham and cheese.
- Bring the strips of dough from either side across the top of the ham and cheese to make it look like a braid.
- Finally, brush the egg on the top and put it in the oven at 180º for 20 minutes.
